This installation, set up by the lobby elevator of the main graduate building at risd, is a pun on the colloquialism that came out of the Jonestown massacres in 1978 The flyers alternate between saying "don't drink the kool aid" and "drink the kool aid" through optically jarring type. That day I served 50 dixie cups of grape juice to 50 trusting graduate students.
